Returns

How to Return an Item

• Reach to us at info@bfmstore.com or call +233547149035 to start the return process.
• Pack the item back in its original packaging, and include your order confirmation.
• We’ll give you the address to ship it. You’ll cover the return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong thing.

Refunds

After we receive your return, we’ll check it out and process your refund within 5-7 business days. It’ll go back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

For size or color swaps, return the item and place a new order.

Exceptions

Some items, like personalized products and gift cards, can’t be returned, so check the details before you buy.
